Pontiac

Pontiac was General Motors' performance-minded division for decades, and Bidders Highway is where you can find a Pontiac for sale at auction or consign one of your own. The marque took shape in the late 1920s and made its name after the war with wide-track chassis, strong V8s and a sportier character than its sister brands.

1959 Pontiac Catalina

The muscle car years draw the most attention. The GTO is widely credited with setting the whole genre in motion, while the Firebird and Trans Am carried the flag well into the 1980s and 90s. The full-size cars of the fifties and sixties, among them the Chieftain, Star Chief, Catalina and Bonneville, offer generous proportions and plenty of chrome, with the LeMans covering the mid-size ground. The mid-engined Fiero has quietly built a following of its own. Cars passing through our auctions have ranged from the late twenties to the turn of the millennium.
