Basic information and history
Pontiac Trans Am 400 Bandit from 1978 that has been built into a nice Bandit clone. For anyone who grew up with Burt Reynolds and the "Smokey and the Bandit" movie, you know exactly what this is. The car has received a 400cui from a 69'a GTO installed along with a speed shifter. The car has traveled 60111 miles according to the odometer, which converts to just under 10,000km.

Equipped with a 400cui high comp engine from a 69'a GTO mated to a 4 speed automatic and rear wheel drive. This car is hencenot equipped with a smog machine but a real V8 engine, as it should be!
Condition
The general condition of the bodywork is described as very good, but the current owner advises that polishing the paintwork is recommended. The body is free of rust and dents. The car has been repainted. Glass panes are described as being in good condition. Chrome and lantern glass as well. Moldings to the targa are somewhat dull and with light wear.
The interior is in an OK condition. Current owner describes the condition as 6/10. When documenting the vehicle, work was underway to assemble the interior and arrange cables for the antenna. This is decorated and arranged at the time of sale. Instrument panel has some dry cracks. Steering wheel, buttons and controls are described as 5/10 in condition. Inner ceiling also 5/10. All electronics in the passenger compartment work as intended.
Engine is described as being in very good condition. The boring throttled smog machine has, as previously mentioned, been replaced with a high comp engine from a GTO. Gearbox and drivetrain in good condition. New brake cylinders are installed.

Oil change has been carried out on the car and the car will be sold newly inspected.
