Basic information and HistoryPorsche is one of the most storied names in the sports car world and has proven time and time again that they build some of the world's best and most useful models. The 993 generation is the last generation with an air-cooled engine and without a doubt one of the most beautiful models with an incredible amount of character. Modern enough for everyday use, classic Porsche feel behind the wheel and a timeless design.This a 94 model with the 3.6L boxer engine of 272hp and the much sought after manual gearbox. The car was imported to Sweden from Nice back in 2004 and has had a single owner since then who looked after and serviced it very well. The car has never been driven in winter and has been driven very sparingly with only a couple of hundred miles a year since 2014. The car was originally delivered with a gray roof but has recently had a brand new one installed in a very nice light brown color that matches the very unusual purple paintwork perfectly. The accompanying cab cover is still in the same gray color that the car was delivered with.

ConditionExterior: The car was delivered in this super nice and very unusual color called Amaranth Violet which, according to info, could only be ordered in 1994 and 1995 on the 993. The seller says that the car is in good condition externally apart from a couple of minor marks after normal use and a couple of minor cracks in the paintwork above the front license plate which is a common problem with these, all marks are documented in the album. The roof has been replaced and works flawlessly and breaks off very nicely against the purple paint. The gray leather contrasts really well with the lacquer and the combination is just the icing on the cake. All functions are functional and the upgraded speakers and aftermarket stereo with hands-free are a nice bonus for those who intend to use the car for longer trips. Clutch was replaced in 2022 and the car has been serviced/maintained regularly despite being sparingly used. The sports exhaust system gives a nice and "appropriate" sound and the brakes are in very good condition. The car was inspected without remarks in 2022/04.
