Functional design at its best! No wonder the design of the w463 body was left unchanged between 1990-2018. The Mercedes-Benz G-Class is a car that generates happy looks and comments in all contexts, in particular the unusual and coveted SWB (Short Wheel Base) version.
Exterior
The Mercedes-Benz G230 left the factory in a the delicious Cabernet Red metallic. The original varnish is newly varnished (approx. 5 years ago, not documented) and now preserved under a foil (2021) in a true beige finish (2021). Together with black 20 "wheels, the car leaves a very cool impression.
Interior
Bright, beautiful and welcoming interior in beige textile together with dark wood inlays. In the softly upholstered seats you'll be comfortable, mile after mile. There is plenty of space for 5 people with luggage. Despite its age of 31 years, the interior is in very good condition.

Engine & Driveline
The engine in the Mercedes-Benz G230 is a quiet and comfortable 4cyl in-line engine of 130hp. Without a doubt one of the world's most reliable and durable engines. The Mercedes-Benz M102 engine has historically proven its brilliance by rolling over 100,000 miles several times. A large 96L fuel tank together with the automatic gearbox, diff locks and low gear allows you to go on adventures without any worries.
History
The Mercedes-Benz G230 was delivered to its first owner in Germany in December 1990 and since 2002 the car has been in Sweden. The car is well maintained with a very good history. To minimize wear and tear from salt and grime, it has been used sparingly in winter and according to previous owners it was regularly treated with undercarriage rust protection, at least every two years. Many receipts and inspection protocols are saved. One key, German instruction manual, NO service manual ‒ see documented receipts.
