Basic information and history

The 1994 Chrysler Viper RT/10 represents the early, raw first generation of the Viper for the European market. An icon among analog sports cars with large displacement, side exhaust and minimal driver aids. The 1994 model belongs to the pure RT/10 with classic sidepipe design, tubular chassis and V10 of approximately 8.0 liters, a concept that has made the Viper legendary among purists.

This example is imported from Germany and is stated by the seller to be one of the cars in an edition of 10 cars built by the German MotorTrend . The package included Double Bubble HardTop , glass side windows, milled stiletto handles and GTS rims. The current odometer reading is 123,400 km and is stated to be guaranteed. Modifications and improvements : The car has been carefully upgraded for improved breathing, response and feel. Exhaust system with stainless steel headers and race cats, optimization via Civinco/VEC2, improved intake with K&N and smooth hoses, lighter flywheel for faster response and B&M short throw for more precise shifting. The brakes have been upgraded with steel braided hoses and slotted discs. Original parts are included for those who want to restore to factory performance.

Condition

Body and exterior : Overall very good condition according to the seller. Note damage to the right side cover for the sidepipes. Headlight glass in good condition. A Viper emblem is missing from the driver's side window. The paintwork is otherwise considered very good.

Glass : The windows are considered good. The car has anti-theft windows.

Interior : Very good overall impression. Steering wheel, controls and buttons in very good condition. Hardtop headliner is said to be in very good condition. Tonneau and seat sunshade included.

Tires and rims : Rear tires in good condition. New front tires purchased in 2025 but not yet installed. The car is on GTS rims according to MotorTrend Edition specifications.

Mechanical : The engine is stated to be in good condition and is modified as listed above. The reverse gear has a slightly worn synchronizer and is then easiest to get by going from 2nd gear to reverse gear, which the owner has done during his 25 years as owner. The drivetrain works well. The brakes are described as good and the car has been recently inspected without any complaints.

Service history

Last service performed in spring 2024. A binder with full history, receipts and documentation is included according to the seller. The car was newly inspected on 2025-04-17 without any complaints.
