This Jaguar 340, also known as the "Mark 2," is a Swedish-sold car that was delivered new in Stockholm on August 22, 1968. It is said that the first owner was a lawyer, and the car remained in the capital until 2014, when it was acquired by the current owner. In total, the car has had 11 users, but it has largely been off the road for long periods. In 1997, the car was brought back to life and has since been carefully maintained.

The car has been continuously maintained by specialized Jaguar workshops in Stockholm and later by Joe’s Garage in Furulund, where a major inspection was carried out after the purchase. The braking system has been completely overhauled, and several wear parts have been replaced as needed, including the slave cylinder.
