Background & informationHarley Davidson drew inspiration from the hard tails of the 40s when they developed the Heritage model. The Heritage model was a softail, which made it significantly more comfortable to ride.This copy is very unique as it was bought new by the current owner via his company in 1991 and in 1994 he bought it out privately. It has been used sparingly over the years and the miles can be guaranteed by the seller. The entire motorcycle is rebuilt with the best parts and many are original accessories from HD. The idea was that it would emulate a Fat Boy that is more cleanly designed. It has been given a larger tank where the owner has always filled up with 98 octane and emptied the tank during the winter to minimize damage to the tank. It has always been serviced every two years even if it has not been used.All original parts remain, even if they show signs of age such as surface rust, they can be restored to their original origin.In the 2000s, the motorcycle was painted gray metallic and rebuilt into the Fat Boy of the time. The construction was carried out by Bike Line in Malmö. In 2016, it was rebuilt again to its current design and painted black. The owner estimates that the renovations over the years have cost about SEK 250,000.
