US-imported Ford Thunderbird Convertible 6.4 V8 Cruise-O-Matic from 1962. The car arrived in Sweden in 2015 and, according to the register, has had 4 owners since then. The body is partially renovated and the car comes in good working order.

Condition
The general condition of the body is described by the owner as good. The car is free of rust, dents and worse scratches. Floors and some thresholds have been welded up. From the lower strip downwards, the car has received new paint. The paintwork is in good condition, but there are blisters on the tailgate, some repairs along the door joint and around the taillight, as well as other small notes that can be seen in the pictures. Glass windows in good condition except for a small crack above the rear view mirror. Chrome, moldings and lamp glass are described as being in reasonably good condition with some pores in the surface. The spoke rims have surface rust but are otherwise undamaged. The tires are in good condition with approx. 6-8mm pattern depth.
The interior is in good used condition considering its age. The chairs are in good condition with various age wear. Door panels have various dry cracks and wear. Step strips with normal wear and tear for their age. The dashboard has dry cracks. Steering wheel, buttons and controls in good condition. All functions in the passenger compartment work as they should.
Engine is described as being in good condition. Gearbox and driveline as well and without noise or problems. Brakes are described as refurbished.
Service history
At the last service, the oil and filter were changed. Previous service records are not available. Last inspection took place on 20/05/2024.
