Basic information and history

Imported Ferrari 348 from 1990 which arrived from Germany to Sweden back in 2006. On Swedish soil, the car has only had two owners and the current one has had the car since 2008. The odometer reading is a low 87,013 km, but according to documentation, the odometer was changed at approx. 45,000 km and the total mileage is therefore closer to 132,000 km. The car also comes with a lot of documentation, including original papers, stamped service book, several service invoices, inspection reports and more. A well-maintained and well-documented example that is now looking for a new enthusiastic owner who wants to enjoy the fantastically good-sounding V8!

Equipped with a 3.4-liter V8 of 300hp/304nm connected to a five-speed manual box and rear-wheel drive. In addition to the absolutely fantastic sound, 0-100km/h is achieved in approx. 5.7 seconds and the top speed is stated to be 275km/h. Very impressive for a car that is almost 35 years old!

Condition

This Italian classic comes in good condition considering its age. The general condition of the bodywork is very good with only minor wear from use over the years. The paint has a good luster and has avoided fading like red paint tends to do. In the front, there are various stone chips and a repaired crack in the plastic under the right fog light. There is also a little crack in the paint at the bottom. There are some small marks on the rear bumper but nothing noticeable. The left front screen has scratches towards the front. The right wing mirror has a clear stone chip. Glass panes in good condition. Lantern glass, moldings and emblems as well. The rims are in OK condition with some surface wear. Despite various remarks, the car gives a very good impression!

The interior is in good condition for its age. The driver's seat has coped well with the usual wear and tear that worn side bolsters sports cars often suffer from. There are only minor marks, otherwise in good condition on the surface. Door panels in good condition with minor wear for their age. Steering wheel, buttons and controls as well. Ventilation has some surface wear from the past years. The leather-covered instrument panel is in good condition. The inner ceiling as well. Under the front hatch there is a first-aid box, leather pocket and the accompanying stylish leather bag from Ferrari.

Engine, drivetrain and gearbox are without remarks. Brakes as well.

Service history

In the documentation album there are plenty of pictures of previous service and work carried out on the car. The timing belt was changed on 2024-03-20 at Bilteknik in Katrineholm. Last inspection took place on 2024-04-19 and the car is ready to hit the roads again!
