Basic Information & BackgroundA vehicle out of the ordinary, a custom-built Austin J40 from 1971. The project started with a J40 pedal car body from Kvarnberg products that has since been widened and extended. The body was mounted on an older go-kart chassis and equipped with a 4-stroke 107 cc engine and a 3-speed semi-automatic with reverse gear. The project was completed in 2018 and has been exhibited at, among others, Bilsport Custom Motorshow where it got a lot of attention! The moped car can be driven by all ages thanks to the adjustable pedal gear and is also insured as a "25 moped" here in Sweden! Worth adding that thanks to the 3-speed, it can go significantly faster, but how fast no one has tested yet.Equipment
