Northea Trailer Expedition Serial NO. 001 is a Nordic-spec expedition trailer built for rugged off-road and overland use with a focus on self-sufficiency, comfort in cold climates and high durability. This compact and extreme caravan is based on the Crawler TRC 458i with upgrades according to Northea's specification for Nordic conditions. Modifications and improvements

Compared to Crawler's standard TRC 458i, Northea's Nordic adaptation includes: separate wheel suspension and adjustable suspension - Adjustable Dynamic Air Suspension (CDS), more powerful energy package with 325W solar cells and Victron 220Ah battery, Truma Combi 4 diesel heater water and air, pop-up roof for two extra sleeping places, Come Up Winch 12000Lb and extended frame and wall construction with reinforcements.

Pre-delivery measures performed by the seller: installation of burglar alarm, gas alarm and GPS tracking - Thitronik Pro-Finder, GAS Pro III, external CO sensor, WiPro III Universal, 8 wireless magnetic contacts and backup siren. Installation of mudguards, underbody protection and inner fenders. Due to time constraints for the project, additional insulation for the pop-up part will be delivered to the buyer after delivery.

Condition

Body and exterior : Basically new condition with matte, rough exterior in Ash Grey / Deep Black. The seller states two minor dents on the front doors to the diesel cabinet and the extra storage cabinet. Otherwise no complaints. Glass, headlight lenses, moldings, emblems and surface finish are described as in perfect condition.

Interior : Brand new and unused interior, including headliner, controls and panels. No signs of use.

Tires and rims : Brand new tires that have been worn for about 50 km since installation.

Mechanics and function : Chassis, suspension and the adjustable air suspension CDS are considered to be in perfect condition according to the seller. Brake system and coupling parts from Alko are stated to be in excellent function. Electrical system, heating and water with Truma Combi 4, Smart Panel, Schmid solar panels and battery pack are new. All functions will be started and tested before delivery according to the seller. Winch and external lighting are stated to be fully functional and in new condition!

Service history

The vehicle is new and unused. No previous service beyond delivery inspection. First registration and roadworthiness testing in Sweden is planned for December 2025. Full documentation, including specifications, manuals, receipts and other documents, is included in a vehicle-specific binder. Pre-delivery inspection and functional testing will be performed before handover and can be supported by documentation if necessary.
