Body and exterior: Repainted in its original color, no. 42, so-called California White, and the paint is said to be in excellent condition with a fine overall impression. The body is also described as being in excellent condition and has been rustproofed after the repaint. New windshield with seals, and the other windows are said to be in very good condition.

Interior: Front seats have been refurbished by an upholsterer, but there is a small tear in the passenger seat cushion. Some of the insulation needs to be reattached. There is a crack in the dashboard just to the right of the instrument cluster. The headliner is intact and tidy with a few minor spots.

Tires and wheels: Wheels blasted and professionally painted. New tires.

Mechanicals and functions: The engine was rebuilt about 40,000 km ago. When the seller bought the car, the engine was opened and inspected and was assessed to be in very good condition. All gaskets were replaced at that time. The seller states he has only driven a few thousand kilometers since purchase. Many parts replaced, including clutch, water pump, complete exhaust silencer, hoses and thermostat. New battery immediately after purchase. Carburetor overhauled. Springs and shock absorbers as well as brake components replaced.

Service history

The car is stated to be fully serviced. There are receipts and documentation substantiating service and remedial work, including almost all inspection reports from new. Previous owners have replaced many wear items, which is supported by the accompanying records.
