What does the Transport available label mean on a listing?
It indicates that either the seller can arrange transport, or we work with independent transport partners who cover the location where the item is stored. Bidders Highway does not provide transport services itself.
When you win:
- After a winning bid, you can obtain a quote from our transport partners (or from the seller, if the seller arranges the transport).
- The transport is a separate service and will be invoiced separately by the transport partner or seller. It is not included in the hammer price or our fees.
Good to know:
- Bids are binding. Placed bids cannot be withdrawn during the auction or Aftersales period under our terms.
- The Buyer's fee is invoiced on Win and is normally due within 48 hours. The right of withdrawal for our platform services ends when the service has been performed. Consumer rights (e.g., complaints) apply to the vehicle purchase between buyer and seller - not to Bidders Highway's fees. Exceptions may apply per the terms (e.g., if the seller causes the transaction to fail).
- As a bidder you have a duty to examine - review the description, photos and videos and use the comments section so the seller can respond openly and directly. Visit the item if possible.
- All listing information is certified by the seller (private or professional).
- Bidders Highway is not a party to the purchase agreement or the transaction.
