Jag kan inte logga in – vad gör jag?

Check your sign‑in method. You must use the same method you used when you created your account. 

  • Signed up with BankID? Choose Sign in with BankID. Email + password will not work for that account. 
  • Signed up with email & password? Use your email and password. BankID sign‑in will not work for that account.

Not sure how you signed up? 

  • Try BankID. If you’re prompted to create a new account, cancel and try email + password instead. 
  • Try Forgot password? with your email. If no email arrives within a few minutes, you likely don’t have an email/password account with that address.

Username is not a login option. "Username" is only the name shown when you place bids. It cannot be used to sign in.

Still stuck? 

  • Double‑check the spelling of your email address. 
  • Make sure you’re using the correct BankID profile (right national ID number).
