Can I cancel my listing during an ongoing auction?

Once you have approved your ad and it is published, it cannot be withdrawn. If you cancel a live auction anyway, you will be charged the buyer fee (based on your reservation price) according to our terms and conditions. The seller fee (2,995 SEK) is non-refundable as the services (valuation, ad production, photography and marketing) have already been delivered. More about this in our terms and conditions.
