Reduced fee on items under 100,000 SEK!

We are now lowering our previous fixed minimum fee of 7,500 SEK on items under 100,000 SEK. The new fee will instead be 3,750 SEK for items sold for under 50,000 SEK.
The reason is that we want it to be more advantageous for bidders to win items in the lower price ranges.
Our new fee model is therefore as follows:

- 3,750 SEK incl. VAT as a fixed fee on all items up to 50,000 SEK.
- 7.5% incl. VAT on all items over 50,000 SEK.
- We still retain our "cap" of a maximum of 75,000 SEK in fees on all sales over 1,000,000 SEK.
