We are a team of car nerds, advertisers and platform builders. With roots in the car trade and experience in large-scale technical solutions, we are building Sweden's most transparent car auction platform - for enthusiast cars, collector cars, sports cars and motorcycles.
Jacob Odqvist, CEO & Founder
Jacob Odqvist's lifelong passion for cars and motorcycles led him to found Bidders Highway in 2022. With Golden Eggs, Golden Lions and the Grand Prix from Cannes under his belt, Jacob has combined the tact of an advertiser with the passion of a vehicle lover who has been able to ride in Steve Jobs' BMW Z8 in Silicon Valley and has raced the Gotland Grand National on a 950 cc Dakar bike weighing 200 kilos.
Erik Cederberg, Head of auctions
Erik Cederberg is the auction manager at Bidders Highway. Erik is without a doubt the person who has bought, sold, driven, traveled, and talked about the most cars in all of Sweden, ever. His credentials range from winning the Carrera Pan Americana in Mexico and the American Street Car Series (2 times!) to crossing Europe (alone) in a Ferrari 456 GT when he was 17 years old!
Johan Halse, CTO
Johan is the one who develops the site and makes sure everything works technically. Geeks come in many forms and although Johan has always been more interested in computers than cars, Bidders Highway has opened up the enthusiast world wide for him. The V50 has been sold and replaced by a nimble little Suzuki Jimny, and as soon as the lease on the electric car expires, a Range Rover looms in the future.
Rasmus Christenssen, Auctioneer administrator
Rasmus Christensen has worked at Bidders Highway since 2023. His car interest journey has gone from track racing at a young age to crawling around the forest with four-wheel drive and building campsites in his older days.
Tomas Jönsson, Marketing manager
Tomas Jönsson is Bidders Highway's marketing manager and has been driven by a joy of creation since childhood when he ran around with his grandmother's VHS camera and recorded robber films and car chases with his friends. As an adult, he has continued to create. As the founder of the car events Route of Sweden and Snowscape Rally, Tomas is a well-known name in car circles. In the garage, Tomas has a Magnus Walker-signed 911 and an Isuzu Piazza Turbo Handling By Lotus ... How about that!
Jens Trulsson, Photography & Support
Jens Trulsson actually wants to be a racing driver, but the lack of talent and money has meant that he has instead been reviewing vehicles in Swedish and international car magazines for over 20 years. Nowadays, he helps enthusiasts sell their vehicles at auction and makes test drive videos on Youtube.
