Basic Information & Background
An English classic in the beautiful color Mimosa Yellow. This example is in good condition for its age but is not a show car but rather a car to use and enjoy.

Extensive service history in recent years and a lot of labour and parts invested by previous owner.

Triumph TR6 was manufactured between 1969 and 1976 in around 92,000 examples worldwide. It is a two-seater convertible with a manually folding and folding roof.

Under the hood is a six-cylinder engine of 2.5L that gives an output of 126hp, the engine is connected to a four-speed manual gearbox with overdrive.

TR6 had the same mechanical fuel injection system as TR5 had for the UK and global market. TR6 was the best seller in the TR category when production ended and was later surpassed by TR7.

The car does 0-100km / h in about 8.2 seconds and has a top speed of 192km / h which at that time turned it into a real rocket. A lovely car to enjoy with the roof down on a sunny summer day. A wonderful sound from the 6-cylinder engine.

This TR6 was registered in Sweden on 26 May 1989 and has undergone an inspection on 20 August 2021 with a meter reading of 187 km. The meter housing has a limited meter reading of 10,000 km / 100,000 km. This means that the actual meter reading is 101950.

Summary
The Triumph TR6 is really a cool car, we think, and perhaps the most raucous and brawny of the often a little more delicate English sports car classics. With its slightly boxy design language, relatively simple construction, and for its time big-chested six-cylinder engine, it was the UK's answer to the muscle car. This copy has received a lot of time and care in recent years and is very well suited as a wonderful summer car to go out on the roads with.
