Equipped with automatic transmission, hardtop and Blaupunkt radio. The radio works but unfortunately the antenna does not pick up any broadcast.
Condition
The general condition of the body is described as very good used condition and of course free of rust. Body is free of dents, worse scratches and door knocks. We have been informed that front fenders have probably been replaced at some point, and that there are traces of repair on the under carriage. The paintwork is in fine condition with only a few small marks and minor repairs we have documented. According to info, the car was probably repainted sometime in the 80s. All the glass is in good condition, but the rear window in the cab is slightly frosted. The cab hood is in good condition with only two minor marks in the fabric on the outside, however with some wear on the inside. Marks and wear are of course documented in photos. Chrome, moldings and lamp glass are in good condition. Rear bumper has a minor damage on one corner. The original rims and their hubcaps are in good condition and the tires fitted are described as old but in good condition.
The interior of the car is very nice in its contemporary brown color. According to info, the original carpets and upholstery are still in place. There is a small repair on the back of the driver's seat. The instrument panel and cluster are in good condition for their age. Steering wheel, buttons and controls as well. All electronics work as they should in the passenger compartment, but as previously mentioned, the radio does not receive signals.
The engine is described as running well and the automatic transmission shifts normally. The brakes are also in good condition. Mechanically, everything works as intended.
Service history
The car received a major service performed in May 2023 by owners own workshop. The last inspection took place on 29-06-2016 in Rättvik and the car is today inspection-exempt.
Summary
Today, the Pagoda is an excellent classic to have as an enthusiast and collector's car. It is easy to care for, beautiful to look at, very pleasant to perform and stands up well in the market!
