The Lexus LX is the manufacturer's absolute top model with both a high level of equipment and great comfort. The model program started in 1995 with the first generation LX and is based on the absolutely legendary Toyota Landcruiser. The models have been manufactured for 25 years in the same factory in Japan, which has led to the model's high build quality, among other things. The model is currently in its fourth generation. This third generation LX was introduced to the public at the New York International Auto Show on April 4th, 2008 and came with a newly developed V8 and a towing capacity of a whopping 3.9 tons! The car's engine is considered to be one of "the all time greats" among engines and can take a lot of beating before something gives out. As an example of the high build quality, each engine block is x-rayed to find microcracks or other deviations that could cause problems in the future.

This well-maintained and low-mileage Lexus LX570 from 2011 was imported as moving goods from Dubai in 2012 and is currently on its second user. The car comes with an extremely high level of equipment and is perfectly suited as a long-distance car in regardless of weather, be it the extreme deserts of Dubai or during the snowstorm on the road to the mountains.

Current odometer reading is 168.000 km. The 5.7-liter V8 with 388 hp delivers a full 550 nm from 3600 rpm. Shifts are handled by a 6-speed automatic transmission, which also comes well equipped with, among other things, several different driving modes, for example, crawl mode for difficult terrain. The car has adjustable suspension which can also be adjusted in stiffness.

The car is fully equipped and a selection from the list includes 8 seats via 3 rows of seats, all electrically adjustable, 4-zone climate control, sound system from Mark Levinson, cooler in armrest, adaptive cruise control, parking sensors, infotainment system with navigation and telephony and more.

The car is perceived to be in a particularly nice and well-maintained condition. It is of course accident-free and no damage or renovations have occurred. There are a few small usual scratches on the body but minimal washing scratches and dulling in luster. Over the years, the paintwork has been kept in good condition by, among other things, paint protection. Chrome, moldings and emblems come without remarks. The windshield has been recently replaced but has managed to get a small stone chip not disturbing the field of vision. There is a small dent by the tank lid which is photographed and can be seen under our pictures. There are also minor scratches along the right side of the vehicle. The original rims come in good condition with approx. 6mm remaining tread depth on the tires.

The interior of the car is also in good condition. There is minor wear on the driver's seat but it has held up well considering the mileage and age. The dashboard and panel are found to be in good condition, the stainless surfaces have minor scratches from keys. The seller remarks that buttons and controls are in good condition.

Mechanically, the car is in excellent condition and is described by the current owner as without remark. No leaks from the gearbox or engine have been noted. The last inspection was carried out in September 2023 and passed with commendation.
