Basic information and HistoryThe Land Rover Freelander was a smaller SUV model that was produced from 1997 until 2014 and was available in two different body styles, the standard 5-door and this 3-door semi-convertible with a removable rear roof. This example is sold in Sweden with a single owner since new and is in unusually fine condition for the model. The car has been used very sparingly since 2005 and, as can be seen from the condition, has been very well taken care of.Equipment and general information

ConditionExterior: The seller says that the car is in very good condition with no major complaints apart from some minor stone chipping and the aftermarket side steps which are rusty. The body, on the other hand, is completely stainless and the plastic is also in good condition. The removable hardtop roof works flawlessly and is installed on/off within a couple of minutes. Softtop comes in its original bag as well as the bags for the removable sunroofs. The upholstery has very little wear, as does the original steering wheel and dashboard. All controls and gauges work and there is an original stereo mounted which does not work at the moment due to a code error. There is some corrosion on the speaker grills and some of the controls have "sticky button syndrome". Diesel feed pump was recently replaced and last inspection was 2022/07 without any remarks. The car is in need of a service as it was not too many miles ago, but several years ago. At the time of writing, we do not have the exact date of the last service, but the car has driven just under 500 miles in over 15 years.
