Background & InformationGenuine Henry Ford Roadster where the body is lowered over the frame. Original frame from the factory that is boxed and kicked. The front carriage is from a Ford 32 that has been newly renovated. The rear axle comes from a Chevrolet 55 with suspended v-struts and transverse leaf springs. The car was built in its current state about 5 years ago. The body has a little more history, it comes from California and was used as a street racing car in the 60s. The body is a genuine Ford Roadster body. Exteriorly, the bodywork and doors were painted in matt black concrete paint which was rolled on. The torpedo and radiator masking are in better condition and are painted in matte black.Almost everything is custom-built, so there are not many original parts left, but the tank and gage clusters were kept original. Inside, they have chosen to put in a pair of bucket fiberglass seats that keep you in place as it kicks quite a lot during acceleration. A long-pile carpet in black has been chosen for the floor.The drivetrain is a Chevrolet 350 (010 block) with a GMC 6/71 Compressor with MSD probillet 6 ignition. Rebuilt Hedman Husler headers. Offenhauser valve covers and cross frame adapter with Edelbrock 600 carburetor.
