Japan's answer to, among other things, the Piaggio Ape, albeit in a perhaps even more charming format! Daihatsu Midget II from 1997 with only 6370km on the odometer! The car is part of what in Japan is classified as "KEI-car", a car class limited by small outer dimensions and a 3-cylinder engine of max. 660cc. The cars have been developed by the Japanese government to maximize interior and cargo space while taking up little space and having low emissions.

The car is not registered in Sweden but comes with all the papers from Germany to be registered without problems.

Equipped with a 660cc 3-cylinder engine of approx. 33hp/55nm coupled to manual gearbox and rear wheel drive.

This Daihatsu Midget II comes in very nice condition with only 6370km on the odometer. The body is in a nice stainless condition with only minor blemishes. The chrome is in good condition. Windows and lamp lenses as well. The tires are newly fitted and of the Bridgestone brand. Please look through the pictures to form an idea of the condition. The interior is as nice as the exterior and reflects the low mileage. No comments on condition, however the choke lever is unfortunately off. Single-seat version.

Mechanically, the vehicle is in very good condition and recently serviced.

An absolutely charming showstopper that in Japan has a large fan base and is often used by bar owners to carry kegs in small narrow streets. With its small outer dimensions and a load capacity of 150 kg, it is a true little unique transporter here in Europe!
