2024 P91 CUSTOMS FAT BOBBER – UNIQUE SHOWSTOPPER BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP

Basic Information and History

This is not just a motorcycle – it's a work of passionate craftsmanship. Built entirely from the ground up by the current owner with an uncompromising minimalist vision in mind. The project began with the purchase of a unique prototype front fork from Calleschopperdelar in Moheda – the only one of its kind with transverse springs.

The drivetrain, wheels, and fork were then handed over to chopper king Tony Barth, who crafted the frame entirely according to the owner’s specifications. The result is a fully unique bobber that has garnered significant attention at both Swedish and international shows.

The bike has been sparingly ridden with only 500 km on the odometer. It is Swedish-sold, registered, and SFRO-inspected with an approved result. Note that it is registered under the T12BF category, meaning it will be exempt from inspection after the next approved roadworthiness test.

There’s nothing standard about this machine – every detail has been carefully considered and selected with a focus on function, form, and quality:

• CV40 carburetor conversion – brand new, with Alltman ignition

• Paintwork: Black base with “Tropical Sunrise” effect – shifting tones of black, green, copper, and gold with a marbled finish
• Custom-made seat, designed exclusively for this motorcycle

Condition

Everything on this motorcycle is in pristine condition, with the exception of a few minor scratches on the handlebars caused during inspection with mirrors. Otherwise, the paint, chrome, electronics, and detailing are flawless. Tires are new with only around 500 km of use. No rust, no damage, no signs of wear to report.

Service History

The drivetrain (engine and gearbox) comes from a 2006 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy with under 6,000 km. Everything was disassembled, thoroughly inspected, and fitted with new lifters, gaskets, and bearings. Compression and leak-down tests confirm like-new condition.
