Basic information and History

A 1965 Ford Thunderbird with the big 390 CUI (6.4L) V8 of 315 hp. A model sold in Sweden that is very unusual and specified in a very nice color combination. Painted in an "off white" with a really nice red interior. The car has only had 5 registered owners, however, almost all of them, apart from the first, belong to the same family and have been very well taken care of and are in a nice and well-kept working condition. The model offers incredible comfort and good space and is made for long, beautiful tours.


Equipment and Options

Condition

The exterior of the car gives a nice impression, the paint is of a good standard and the car has been painted and rusted at some point. The chrome shines and is in good condition with some patina. Of course, there are minor imperfections due to the car's age, as well as a couple of minor marks, but overall in a nice used condition. The seller refers to the image material for more info.

Interior, the upholstery is well looked after and it is clean and tidy: here previous passengers have sat carefully as the wear is not that great considering the age of the car and for being original upholstery, but there are a couple of minor tears in the upholstery and panels etc also have evidence on many years of use. Mechanically, the car runs fine, it shifts smoothly between gears and has been used extensively during the summer months before the seller's husband passed away. Brakes work well and the car has no known mechanical faults. There is some moisture under the engine. Was last inspected in 2016 and now exempt from inspection. Another nice Thunderbird model that we sold many of on Bidders Highway. A car that runs great and is in good condition ready to turn the key and enjoy the summer with!
