Well built AC Cobra replica fitted with CSB 383 Stroker. With its fiberglass body, the car weighs in at 1070kg and offers hair-raising performance! Standing out with its green metallic paint matched to silver stripes and a well-fitting LeMans hardtop. Current odometer reading is 27013km and can be guaranteed by the seller. The car has only had two owners since registration in 2008. The build is well documented and a total of 3 folders with information are included with the car. The car is of course inspected and approved in its current design and can legally be driven on the roads!

The car is equipped with a CSB 355cui which, after the Edelbrock stroker kit, is now 383cui. In addition to the stroker kit, Edelbrock injectors, Wems data box, roller cam, C4 axles and a 6-speed manual T56 box are installed. When benching the engine, the power figure is stated to be 358hp/487nm@4800rpm. Brake paper and specification of parts used during construction can be found in the documentation picture album.

Equipment in addition to standard on a Cobra/Cobra replica includes LeMans hardtop, sidepipes, sun canopy and nicely integrated reversing camera with display hidden in the glove compartment. The basic kit is a recognized "Ölandscobra" body which is based on the DAX kit but wider and with a forward window which gives a longer door and easier entry.

The car comes in a very nice condition for its 14 years. The fiberglass body is very well made and the paintwork is described as very good for its age. It has not been renovated due to injuries or other things over the years. The car is of course stainless. Glass panes, chrome, moldings, lamp glass and emblems are described as being in very good condition. The rims from Image Wheels in 15x8 and 9 inches respectively are in fine condition and the tires fitted are one season old.

The chassis is well built and the front and rear undercarriage come from Corvette. The car has been weighed and balanced and the result can be seen under the photo album documentation. Steering is taken from an Opel Ascona and brake servo from a Suzuki Swift. Unevenness in the asphalt is handled by adjustable coilovers from AVO.

The interior is in very good condition. Period-typical bucket seats in black vinyl with green stitching are installed. Classic wooden steering wheel from Moto-Lita with snap-off function. Door sides are in good condition. A small mobile holder is installed in the gimbal tunnel. In the glove compartment there is a display for the reversing camera and fuses. Instrument from Smiths in good condition. The switch for the electricity is mounted on the wall behind the chairs. In the luggage it is clean and tidy and the petrol tank is installed.

Under the hood it is clean and tidy and the engine is described by the current owner as being in very good condition. Driveline and gearbox are free of noise and are described as being in very good condition. Mechanically, the car works perfectly! Brakes are in good condition and new pads were installed last season. The engine is serviced according to the rules of the art and information about this can be found in the documentation accompanying the vehicle. As there are a whole three binders of information, we have not been able to photograph every page, but a large amount can be seen among our pictures.
