Basic Information & Background

A nice Swedish-sold Mercedes 170 Va with a nice history and few owners which has spent its life in Norrland! An original car in fine used condition that always starts and runs very well. The Type 170 V was already introduced in 1936 and replaced the earlier 6-cyl model, but despite the smaller engine it produced more torque and had better performance. The model was available in a multitude of bodies, e.g. Two- and four-door sedans, convertibles, tourers, etc. It's a popular pre-war model that likes to spend time on the road!

Condition

Exterior: The paintwork is in good working order and has been well taken care of over the years. No bodywork damage noted apart from minor normal wear and some occasional minor marks in the bodywork. But overall in very good used condition. No rust throughout and full glass panes all around.

Interior. Very fresh interior in brown with fresh headliner and floor mat. Very little wear on seats but otherwise very nice, complete & clean. All gauges, functions etc work.

Mechanical. Well maintained and serviced over the years. Inspection exempt and fully functional mechanically. The car runs fantastically well on the road and there are no known mechanical faults.

Service history
