Basic information and History
The list of what has been done to this amazing Nova is long, and the work has been done in a professional and well-planned manner for maximum performance but also with reliability and ease of maintenance in mind. This example is a 1967 model that was sold new in Sweden where the seller has owned it for over 20 years.
The car was built by the seller who has a lot of knowledge in the field and knew how he wanted it in terms of construction. The car was built between 2014-2017 and was inspected on 28/6-2017 and is also registered as a rebuilt vehicle with everything registered at the Swedish Transport Agency. The car has also participated in Streetweek 2017, 2018 and 2019 with good results.
It is a very well thought out project with fantastic performance, good road holding and relatively easy to service/maintain. It has an absolutely incredible road feel compared to other muscle cars from the 60s, brakes and road holding feel like a modern sports car but with an old honorable body and can easily hold its own against even today's sports cars. A well-designed car in the entire drivetrain that should be able to withstand use.
The V8 engine is GM's recognized LS1 engine that was used in, among other things, the Corvette and Camaro, where together with the turbos, it produces about 600 hp but has absolute potential for significantly more. The engine is well built with forged parts and most of the peripherals upgraded, replaced or new. Worth mentioning again that even though the car is inspection exempt, it is registered with all upgrades.

Condition
Exterior: The car is in a good condition externally with no major complaints. The car was renovated/rebuilt between 2014-2017 and the chrome details also have an almost flawless shine. There are some stone chips and occasional marks around the paintwork but nothing out of the ordinary for a car that has been used and overall presents itself very well. The Weld Racing rims are also in very good condition with no complaints and give the car an aggressive and sporty look. All glass panes and moldings are in the same fine condition as the rest. The door handles have been removed during the renovation and there is a hidden mechanical opening. For more info on exact condition, see our detailed photos in the album and feel free to ask questions in the comments!
Interior: The interior upholstery appears to be in very good condition and also without remarks. The black interior contrasts really well with the orange details and the combination is just the icing on the cake. The instrument panel and custom built center console have some traces of use but present themselves well. The controls are from, among other things, Volvo and are in good condition, and all gauges and other functions work in the interior. The mileage currently stands at of approx. 21,000 km, which is consistent since the car was rebuilt, but is not the original meter setting. For more info on exact condition see our detailed photos in the album and feel free to ask questions in the comment field!
Mechanics: The seller informs that the entire driveline including engine, gearbox and rear axle works flawlessly and runs absolutely fantastic on the road. The engine has only driven approx. 21000 km since construction and has been continuously serviced by the seller. The level of detail on the powertrain is very good and everything is in good condition. The car was inspected in 2017 for the last time and is now inspection and tax exempt and, as previously mentioned, registered as a converted vehicle with all modifications. Please see all the photos in the album and ask questions in the comment field!
