Basic Information and History

The current owner acquired the car in 2017, marking the start of an extensive total restoration. The restoration was completed and the car was inspected for roadworthiness in 2021. Since then, it has been driven very sparingly, mainly for meets and ice cream outings.

Condition

Body & Exterior: The body is in excellent condition; repainted in 2020 in the original Chamonix color with multiple layers of clear coat. During the restoration, the entire front section and the left rear quarter panel were replaced. Chrome, trim, lenses, and emblems are original and in good condition. The glass is also original – note that the windshield has some wiper marks and the right door window shows a few scratches.

Interior: The interior was meticulously refurbished in 2020 with new carpets, synthetic leather seats, new walnut veneer, and a newly upholstered headliner, all in very good condition. Controls and switches are rated excellent. Note: there is a small crack on the top of the instrument cluster and some cracks in the wood trim around the instruments.

Tires & Wheels: Mounted tires are in very good condition. The car currently rides on rare BBS 061 wheels, and the refurbished original wheels are included.

Mechanics & Functionality: The engine is in good condition, as are the gearbox and drivetrain. The brakes were recently replaced as part of the restoration.

Service History

Oil has been changed annually during the current ownership. The car passed inspection in July 2021. However, according to the seller, no previous service records or receipts are included.
