Basic information and History
A Volvo Amazon 122 S recently imported from California by the seller. Previous owner in the States bought the car in 2016 as a restoration item. He lightly refurbished the engine and installed a Weber carburetor to allow the engine to breathe better. The car has a lowering kit fitted with shock absorbers from Bilstein and stronger anti-roll bars fitted. The front brakes come from Wilwood. The steel rims are 15 inches with polished Volvo hubcaps. The car is painted in a dark blue solid paint that goes really well with the red interior. The front seats are covered in red cloth with vinyl on its edges, while the rear seats are completely covered in red vinyl. The inner ceiling is also covered in red. The car is registered and inspected in its current condition.

Condition
The seller states that there is rust on the outer body parts and refers to the image material. The windshield wipers, the seller states, are out of order do to a fuse that went out when the overdrive was mounted. The overdrive does not want to engage at higher speeds and needs to be overhauled. The engine runs unevenly and needs to be fine-tuned.
Previous owners have replaced the floor on the underside of the car as they had rusted.
Complete and nice gray luggage mat is installed.

Service history
Previous owner completely rebuilt the engine and fitted new Weber carburetors, a high performance cylinder head is also fitted.

A real Swedish classic where the previous owner got a bit along the way with the renovation, now the car needs a new home for whoever wants to complete the renovation. Of course, it is fine to use the car in its current condition if desired.
