Volkswagen Golf GTI, the ancestor of the "hot hatch" and today's GTI cars! An incredibly sought-after and popular model that offers fantastic driving characteristics and timeless design. This is a fantastically nice object with a fine history and few owners. The car was bought new in Ängelholm at Börjesson's car 1988-06-22, after which the first owner owned the car until 2008-04-22. The car was then sold on to a car mechanic who serviced the car over the years, he bought the car for his daughter who didn't want the car, after which the third car owner bought the car on 27-08-2008. Mother and son have made a change of ownership of the car on 08/03/2022.

Condition

Exterior: The car is in fantastically good condition and has a very nice original paint job for its age. There are two small dents on the car, one by the tailgate and one by the door on the passenger side. The cab is original and is of course complete and tight.

Interior. The interior color of the fabric and leather is specified in paprika red, the seat fabric is of the stove red upholstery type. The color of the chairs has some fading, especially on the top of the chair backs, but otherwise in very good condition. The radio is original from Clarion and it also comes with carpets in red lining/fabric and rubber mats.

Mechanically: Engine and box work flawlessly and the car runs fantastically well! There are no known mechanical faults.

Service history

Service book/info is available for the car and has been used sparingly since 2008. Last inspection was now in August 2022 and there are protocols saved from 1996 until now 2022. Latest maintenance on the car is timing belt change, oil and filter change carried out on 2019-08-14, on workshop according to receipt. Since 2008, the oil and filter have been changed approximately every other year by the current owner. In 2008, the car mechanic also changed the timing belt on the car. The car has also been polished and treated at Ditec in Helsingborg about 3-4 times since 2008. .
