Basic information and history

Bidders Highway has been honoured to help sell a large collection of motorcycles, motocross and mopeds as the owner is unfortunately no longer able to drive them. Due to the condition of the owner, no questions can be asked about the objects. The information we managed to arrange is therefore slightly less than on our other objects.

A completely original Puch MS 50 L from 1956 with matching numbers and original paint and with only OEM parts. Bought new in Uppsala. The moped is not unrestored but the wear parts that have been replaced over the years have been replaced with OEM parts. A job that took an incredibly long time and became expensive, especially considering how bare the market is of original parts. The paint is the original paint and has only been improved in places. The moped has been to a bunch of vintage rallies but has been standing for a few years and needs a review before it can go out again.

Condition

The moped gives a very good impression considering that it has never been refurbished. The original paint has only been touched up and has not turned as brown as the burgundy tends to turn after so many years. The front screen has split. Stickers have seen better days, but fared well considering the moped's almost 70 years. Chrome details in good condition considering age. The lantern glass as well.
