Domestically sold Ford Thunderbird from 1956 with only four owners during a period of 68 years! The car has an unrestored body free of rust, and was repainted sometime during the 70s. The car is in good used condition and, unusually, has a manual gearbox!

This Thunderbird comes with a 5.1-liter V8 of approx. 220hp/430nm connected to a 3-speed manual box.

The general condition of the body is described by the owner as a body with in very good shape, unrestored and rust free. The car comes with a smaller, considering the years that have passed, amount of wear and tear. Some minor paint damage in various places, minor bubbles in the paint and various others, however small defects considering that the paint is 50 years old. According to the owner, the car was repainted sometime in the 70s. Glass windows are in good condition, but the windshield is of course slightly scratched, but without stone chips. The chrome is in relatively good condition considering its age. The rims are without damage and the pattern is said to be good.

The interior is also in good used condition. The material on the sofa is in good condition but has a small tear on the driver's side. Some dirt is of course in the material, but can certainly be improved. Door sides in relatively good condition with age wear. The passenger side door side has a tear in the vinyl. Steering wheel, buttons and controls in good condition. The hardtop roof is in place but has stains. On the other hand, the exterior of the hardtop is in fine, usable condition. The hood is in good used condition.

Engine is described as being in good condition. Gearbox and drivetrain as well, and both without noise. The clutch takes well. Brakes are described as being in very good condition. Mechanically, the car works as it should.

In autumn 2021, the Thunderbird received a service with a change of engine oil, gearbox and rear axle oil. In 2019, the car went through its last inspection and is now inspection exempt.
